Begin with clean skin to remove makeup, excess oil and daily impurities.

Use your preferred gentle cleanser or choose the HD Cleansing Mousse Micellar Foam, formulated with Aloe Vera, Allantoin and Calendula to cleanse while maintaining a soft, comfortable skin feel.

Avoid hot water and harsh scrubbing, which can leave sensitive skin feeling more uncomfortable.

Apply 2–3 drops after cleansing and gently pat into the face and neck.

This lightweight treatment essence provides initial hydration, helps refine the appearance of skin texture and prepares the skin for the application and absorption of the moisturising treatments that follow.

If your skin is particularly reactive, introduce the essence gradually and check your skin's tolerance before continuing with additional products.

Apply 2–3 drops to the face and neck after your Calendula Essence.

Our lightweight SPF50+ essence combines UVA/UVB protection with hydrating ingredients and is described by the supplier as suitable for sensitive skin.

If you already have a broad-spectrum sunscreen that your skin tolerates well, you can continue using it.

If you prefer a different moisturising texture, consider the HD Hydrating Cream.

Choose the Hydrating Cream instead of Soothing Repair Cream when you don't need the additional comforting care of the repair formula. You don't need to purchase both moisturisers.
